Warranty at Zarbaft Jam

The Zarbafte Jam carpet warranty is provided to ensure the authenticity and quality of the carpets produced by the company. Please review the following points before registering your warranty:

Items Covered by Warranty

The authenticity of the carpet is verified solely by the Zarbaft Jam label and hologram. Carpets lacking the hologram are not covered by the warranty. The 24-hour replacement warranty becomes active upon delivery; please inspect the carpet immediately after receiving it.

The presence of defects such as:

  • Missing pile, un-woven sections, bald spots, or pile pull-out

  • Discrepancies between the carpet’s specifications and the invoice or label

  • Dimensional deviations beyond standard tolerances

  • Excessive skewness or crookedness

  • Unnatural color variations or discoloration

  • Pattern distortion or unnatural surface unevenness (in non-embossed carpets)

  • Stains, tears, or defects in the fringes or bindings upon delivery

…are all covered by the warranty and subject to expert evaluation. In the event of a warranty claim, delivering a replacement carpet or completing repairs will take 1 to 3 business weeks, depending on inventory availability. In most cases, Zarbaft Jam’s warranty pertains to the repair and resolution of defects; replacements are solely issued upon expert approval.
